These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the CirCaCoin (“CCC”) Token Sale through buy.circacoin.io, operated by CirCaCoin Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16701960). By creating an account, completing KYC, or purchasing CCC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• You are legally permitted to participate under the laws of your country of residence.
• You are not subject to sanctions lists maintained by the UK, EU, UN, or other relevant authorities.

Responsibility Clause: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. CirCaCoin Ltd assumes no liability for unauthorized or unlawful participation.

2. KYC & Compliance

All participants must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) and, where applicable, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks before purchasing tokens.

CirCaCoin Ltd reserves the right to reject applications that fail to meet these requirements.

3. Token Purchase

• Purchases can be made in USD, ETH, or BTC via supported methods.
• Tokens will be delivered to the wallet address you provide in your account.
• All transactions are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Token Utility

CCC tokens are designed for use within the CirCaCoin ecosystem, including payments, staking, rewards, and participation in community initiatives.

Tokens are not securities, shares, or equity instruments and do not grant voting rights, dividends, or ownership in CirCaCoin Ltd or its affiliates.

5. Risks

By purchasing CCC, you acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and prices may fluctuate significantly.
• Regulatory changes could affect the legality or usability of CCC.
• There is a risk of losing part or all of your contribution. CirCaCoin Ltd does not guarantee future value or exchange listings.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use CCC or the CirCaCoin platform for:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or unlawful activities.
• Circumventing sanctions or regulatory restrictions.
• Activities that may harm the reputation or security of CirCaCoin Ltd.

7. Limitation of Liability

CirCaCoin Ltd is not responsible for losses due to market volatility, failed transactions, or user error (e.g., incorrect wallet addresses).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CirCaCoin Ltd disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. No Financial Advice

Nothing in these Terms or on the platform should be considered financial, investment, or legal advice. Participants must conduct their own due diligence before purchasing CCC.

9. Termination & Suspension

CirCaCoin Ltd may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity is detected.
• The Terms are violated or KYC is incomplete/invalid.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
